If you hadn’t heard or if you’re visiting this website for the first time, things have changed slightly. Mark has moved on to new and exciting ministries and Liz has been employed as the new youth worker in town! Exciting stuff... There are various things going on over Christmas that we think you might be interested in – Check It Out at Christmas, on 18th Dec at St Mary’s Church and the Christingle service on 24th Dec, if you want more details the main website has a diary of everything that is happening over the festive period. Into January already – Shaken Up re-starts on 9th Jan, Engage and Evo on 11th Jan.

9th November

This week ends the fortnight of schools work in Billericay and Mayflower School. Where lessons have been led by the SMB team and the band Taste and theatre company Envisage from the organization Viz A Viz Ministries

It’s been a great few weeks and sad that it’s had to end but we’re really excited about what’s happening next

29th October

This weekend some young people from the churches across the town spent a few days living the way a billion people live every day. Living in slums, built out of scraps of wood, cardboard and plastic sheeting and with basic rations of food. 1st March

St Johns School have confirmed the Alpha Course to start on the 7th March, Mark is taking part in the assembly on Friday to encourage the students further.

Solid Worship was a great event on Sunday with over 100 young people attending and responding to God, check out the Solid website for coming events and the festival in July http://www.solidnet.org.uk/
